Returns

We DO NOT accept any items that were worn, altered, washed or changed from the original state that you received the item. We also DO NOT accept any returns for purses, jewelry or face masks. This will not be changed under no circumstances.

Want to Return Something?

All return items MUST be in their original condition fo be accepted for refund. It must be returned by 14 days from your original delivery date. You will receive a Shoe Addiction E-Gift Card for the total amount that was returned. You will be responsible for the shipping charge.

Once item(s) is received and ensured that we received all items, we will send you a confirmation email stating we received it. Once it is inspected, we will then send you the e-gift card via email 1-3 business days
