Shipping

When will my order be shipped out?

  • Orders will be shipped out by the business day!! WE DO NOT SHIP OUT ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS . 

When will I receive my package?

  • Depending on what option you choose during checkout is the expected business day you will receive your package. For example, If you choose USPS Priority Mail, then you will receive your package 2-3 business day. 

If I want to overnight my package, When will I receive my overnight package?

  •  Overnight packages are guaranteed for 1 to 2 business days depending on your location. 

All orders that are over the value of $100 will have a signature confirmation added to the tracking.

What happen if I am not home to receive it?

  • If you are not home when they attempt to deliver the package, the carrier will leave a notice and you will have to pick up the package at the location that is noted on the slip.

Can anybody else sign for it?

  • Yes, anybody that lives at the residence that is over 18 can sign for the package. 

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

  • All refused packages will not receive a full refund. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total of the refund. 
  • All undeliverable packages will be charged an additional shipping fee if package has to be shipped again. 

Guide Shipping Protection

  • “If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email."

Delivered Packages

All packages that are marked delivered though shipped carrier are at the liability of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item is marked delivered.
